Biography:

Benjamin Bratt was born on December 16, 1963 in San Francisco, California. He attended the University of California, Santa Barbara and completed his B.F.A.

He was also accepted to take his M.F.A. at the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco but left before completing his degree to star in the series Juarez. He then gained further fame on television for his role as Det. Reynaldo Curtis in Law & Order.

On film, he starred in a variety of motion pictures including Clear and Present Danger, Red Planet, Miss Congeniality, Abandon, The Great Raid, Love in the Time of Cholera, and Snitch, among others.
