Biography:

Avan Jogia was born on February 9, 1992 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. He left school at the age of 16 to pursue a career in acting.

In 2006, he landed his first role as Danny Araujo in the television film A Girl Like Me: The Gwen Araujo Story. He followed this with more appearances in the television show Aliens in America, and in the television films Gym Teacher: The Movie and Spectacular!

He gained wider recognition for his role as Beck Oliver in the series Victorious and currently plays the role of Danny Desai in the ABC Family series Twisted.
