Biography:

Anna Torv was born on June 7, 1979 in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. She attended Australia’s National Institute of Dramatic Art with a degree in Performing Arts, and graduated in 2011.

In 2004, she landed the role of Nikki Martel in the Australian television drama The Secret Life of Us. She also appeared in the BBC series Mistresses.

She went on to play Virginia Grey in the HBO miniseries The Pacific, and in 2008, played the role of Agent Olivia Dunham in the television series Fringe, until the series finale in 2013.
