Angelique Naude was born on March 26, 1981 in Pretoria, South Africa. She began her career in the entertainment industry when she appeared in an episode of the television series The 4400.

She has since appeared in other television shows, including The CW series Supernatural, the Canadian series Blood Ties, Blade: The Series and Stargate Atlantis.

She went on to star in several films as she landed a minor part in the 2006 parody movie Scary Movie 4. That same year, she won a part in the movie City of Gloom and starred in the film Chaos.
